Blog Candy and Change of address cards....

I wanted to do some Blog Candy for my 1100 post but I missed it..seeing as how I'm a bit over, but it's better late then never..With the move and unpacking I'm finding all kinds of goodies, and the sad thing is they are new and never opened... So my lost your gain..

Leave me a comment in this post telling me how you organize your Stamping Supplies..we are in a very small house and I've got to find a better system. I'll pick the 4 most creative and useful on Friday.. Winners will get a goody bag of paper crafting supplies.

It's taken me two days in between a million other things as well but I managed to crank out 20 of these beauties.. I think they are adorable.. I used the set " Humor in High Heels" and some of the level 3 hostess set "Holiday Happenings Bundle" DS paper and the Baja Breeze Striped Grosgrain Ribbon.

I used Chocolate Chip as my base for the card. The dress is stamped twice, once on Pink Pirouette, cut out and then again on Whisper White and mounted on a piece of Kiwi Kiss. I used Dimensionals on the dress to mount it to the white as well as the Kiwi Piece to the Chocolate Chip.. I stamped the " Change of a dress" with Chocolate Chip on Pink Pirouette and punched it out with the Word Window punch. Super easy and very cute......

  2. Love those Holly! What size envelopes do you have to put them in?

Organize? Um, I don't. I throw everything in my closet and shut the door. What I can't see won't hurt me. :)

  3. Cute stuff...happy to see you back creating and blogging. I store my SU sets like books, alphabetically, on a tall bookcase with added visible lables. Also for all the "bling" I have I put type/color in a small jewelry bag punch a hole and put onto a notebook ring bought at an office supply store. I have one each for brads, shaped brads and rhinestones/half pearls. Hang them on those removable hooks from 3M and you can easily find what your colors and options are. jmniffer

  4. hi holly, love the cards. You know your Aunt Mae, not to organized. I have the shelves your mom gave me on the wall with my favorite wood block stamps. I bought legal size file crates that I put my paper in. I file them by color combo. We have this really neat ink pad, marker holder, with a carrier. so now all my ink pads and matching markers are on a turntable with handle to move and store as i need them. ctmh stamps are in a jerky box i got from work. they fit perfect and you can move the box where you need it to be. everything else I have on a book shelve which is small enough that you could put it in a closet. I have to wait to see you home then maybe I can help.

  6. I too have a fairly small space for all the crafts I like to do. I purchased this bookcase (http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/60071358from Ikea ) and it covers one wall of my craft room. I purchase photo storage boxes from Michaels when they are 50% off and covered some shoe boxes and other boxes with scrapbook paper and purchased a couple of storage boxes from Ikea as well. The boxes hold most of my supplies. The cubbies of the shelves are big enough for 12x12 paper. It's perfect for me and I can easily find what I want when I want it.
