Good Neighbor

My friend Christina and her Husband just recently bought their first house and I wanted to make them a card.. It's late but at least I'm starting to catch up on all the Birthdays and things I've missed in the last 2 months..

The sketch is this week's MoJo Monday Sketch and I pulled the colors right off the Welcome Neighbor Designer Series Paper Pad you can get for free right now during Sale-a-Bration...

and... as you can see from my photo it's gorgeous outside today so I had to take my photo outside. It's not freezing for once!!! Not super warm either by almost 55 degrees so I'll take it..
