Swap Time!!!

I have a swap I do with some of my friends from WA State every other month and I needed to whip something up and get it in the mail so it would get there in time..

My Cricut is still out on the table.. (see what happens when the husband isn't here.) So I looked through the cartridges to see what I had.. I have one called Home Decor and it has the coolest cupcake in it!!

I wanted to use up some retired In Colors and I looked at my color Chart and came up with these colors.. Chocolate Chip, Baja Breeze, Pretty in Pink and Riding Hood Red.

This card was a challenge though, I keep changing one thing after another and then had to set it aside and sleep on it and come back to it . My base is 4 1/4 x 4 1/4 I used the Polka Dots Embossing Folder on the front and then I layered on the piece of Baja Breeze and the sentiment was punched out with the Curly Label Punch..My cupcake top is added with dimensionals and the base is glued right to the front.. My button is Riding Hood Red, got lucky I had 10 buttons and I needed 10

All the pieces are inked up with the same color.. Even the Polka Dots on the base are covered in Chocolate Chip ink.. I just did direct to paper and drug everything across the ink pad..

I added something to the inside as well.. This sentiment is from an old hostess set and the small cupcake is from Short & Sweet. My O in one has a missing spot.. This is what happens when a Labrador Retriever is left home alone.. He tries to eat your stamp sets!! It still works good and that's all that
