I'm going Goth for FM#38

Happy New Year's Eve Eve everyone!!! This week at the Friday Mashup Kasey is our Hostess and she is giving us a Shiny Challenge! We're Mash'ing up A New Year's project with something Shiny (Glitter, Rhinestones etc..)

I had a bit of a tough time with this challenge.. I only had 1 New Year's Saying stamp in my stash and I just wasn't feeling it. So I broke out a Digital stamp and went a bit Goth! This is a Digital from Tiddly Inks, they have some really cute images, great for coloring!

I printed the image onto a piece of White card stock and then I colored it in with Markers and some Glitter Glue for some sparkle. I also shaded around the edges with some Crumb cake ink. I used Basic Grey & Real Red card stock for my card base.

I've been trying to do something to the inside of my cards lately.. So I put a sentiment that was fitting with the image on the inside and I sponged the edges like I did to the image on the front as well.

This would be for that person that doesn't really look forward to the New Year or making those resolutions..lol Head over to the Friday Mashup blog and see what the rest of the Design team has created this week and we hope you will play along with us.. The Challenge closes on January 4th at 11pm EST. And FM#37 & #38 are open until Jan. 4th as well.. Lots of time to still play along!

Have a great New Year's and be Safe out there!!! Don't Drink and Drive!!!
