I'm back... Yay!

Okay that was a longer break then I expected sorry about that.. My kiddo is still sick, he has been home from school for a week now. I'm so ready for it to be over! Over the weekend I was able to get some stamping in, just getting caught up so I'm ahead this week.

Today I'm sharing a cute Wine Tag a made for a gift over the weekend... These would be perfect for any special occasion. I based it off of a project I saw Andrea Walford do here.

My wine bottle had these great Orange & Yellow colors to it so I actually pulled the colors right from the label. If you are a fan of Moscato Wine this is a great Austrailan one called Alice White.

The tag base is Basic Black with a layer of Daffodil Delight that was embossed with Polka Dots using an embossing folder and the Big Shot. I stamped the Cupcake image in Pumpkin Pie, Daffodil Delight & Basic Black. Then I punched each piece out with the coordinating punch and layered them onto a black 1 1/4" circle.

I stamped the sentiment from Create a Cupcake onto a piece of Whisper White using my markers and then I punched it out with the Decorative Label punch. Punch a second one from Black and you cut that piece in half and you can create a nice mat for the original label. I had some colored rhinestones in my stash so I used those along the bottom edge of the sentiment piece and one in the center of the bow on the cupcake. The ribbon is some Pumpkin Pie Grosgrain and then I punched a 1 3/8" circle at the top to attach it to the wine bottle.

I hope everyone is doing well... Are you getting a lot of stamping done lately?
