Happy Sunday!!

I hope everyone is having a great weekend.. I've been struck with a Stomach Bug so it's not been a pleasant weekend for me I still have my cold/allergy thing going on too. I'm waiting on the truck to get here and run me over. Ha Ha

I've got my Friday Mashup challenge for you and Sunday Stamps. Since I'm moving kinda slow this weekend I'm Mashing everything up in one post.

Liliana is our Hostess at the Friday Mashup this week and she is bringing us a Sketch Mash'd Up with some Hearts.

I needed a Color Combo start for my project so I'm using the Challenge at The ColorQ. You pick one of the Combos from the DT from a past challenge.

I went with Kara's Choice:

I started with a Regal Rose card base and then I added some Basic Black Polka Dotted DSP and a piece of Real Red. Then I embossed a piece of Basic Black with the Houndstooth Folder. For my focal area I stamped the Jar from the Perfectly Persevered set onto Whisper White and then I added some Hearts in the jar that I embossed and die cut with the Fashionable Hearts Embosslit.

It's still snowing here so I can't get outside to get better pictures. I stamped the jar lid onto a piece of Fan Fair DSP in Crumb Cake and die cut that out with the coordinating Die set. I added some linen thread to it. I adhered it with some dimensionals. For the sentiment I stamped the Love You from the Bitty Banners onto some Crumb Cake in Black and then Die cut that out as well with it's coordinating die. This came out really cute. This is the first time I've used the Perfectly Preserved set. Ooopps!

This week at Sunday Stamps Melissa has designed a Sketch for us as well.

I still had the Fan Fair DSP on my desk and this sketch is perfect to showcase the different patterns in DSP.  I made a Island Indigo card base and added the DSP layers. I thought the number sided of the one piece would make a great banner. I added some Island Indigo Baker's Twine along the edge and tied a small bow.

I stamped the Thank You from Delightful Dozen onto a piece of Crumb Cake in Basic Grey. I felt it needed a little something extra so I added a Island Indigo Brad at the top Right corner. I think this is the first time I've used this much DSP on one project.

All of these challenges are still open.. We hope you will play along with us! The Friday Mashup, Sunday Stamps & The ColorQ. I'm also entering my Hearts card into the SoShelli challenge, I'm not sure if that is still open or not.
