Happy Super Bowl Sunday!!! It's a Holiday right? Go Ravens!!! Ouch that kinda hurt .. HA HA seeing as how the Ravens knocked my team ou, but thats okay.. There will be no rooting for the 49'ers in this house tonight!
I'm late getting my Mashup post up.. I took a Nasty fall in my Ice skating rink of a driveway a few days ago and my wrist was not up to stamping or typing too much and my tail bone didn't feel like sitting for long. We are deep in snow again here.. It was all gone Wednesday evening and then overnight it started again and hasn't stopped since.
Lisa's our Host this week and she's bringing us a color challenge with a twist. I totally forgot about the second part of the Mashup when I was creating my card so I only did half!
I used the sketch this week from Create w/Connie & Mary.. I love this sketch!

So here is the "Mashup" Challenge:
- Make a project with the colors "Raspberry Ripple, Daffodil Delight & Old Olive".
- Or Make a project "Creating your own Sentiment (No Stamps, Stickers, Chipboard etc.).
- Or "Mash it Up" and create a project "With your own Sentiment using the Colors above".
My card base is Daffodil Yellow with a layer of Raspberry Ripple that I embossed with the Chevron Folder in the Big Shot. Then I added a layer of Old Olive DSP. I die cut the circles using the Pennant Die and the Circle Die.
I stamped the Thank You from Bitty Banners onto a piece of Whisper White and then I die cut it out with the matching Die. I embossed and die cut some Butterflies in the same colors with the Beautiful Wings embosslit and then I popped them up with some dimensionals and glue.
My pictures didn't come out too well.. It's snowing pretty hard here today and I didn't want to go outside.. lol Head over to the Friday Mashup Blog and see what the rest of the Design Team created and then check out Create w/Connie and Mary and Link up!

Hope you are feeling better after your "trip". Bet you are more anxious to see these colors than anyone. Heard on the weather this morning there is more coming your way today. :(

This is a beautiful color combo to use for this sketch layout - I especially like the way you laid out the Daffodil layers! Hope you're feeling better from your fall by now!
