Friday Mashup #115 It's Triple Time!!

We are on a Roll at the Friday Mashup with Techniques this month... and this is another fun technique that I haven't used yet!

Amanda is our hostess and she's giving us a Color Combo and challenging us to try Triple Time Stamping!

I used Crumb Cake, Pacific Point and Summer Starfruit.. the other option was you could use Daffodil Delight if you wanted. I did the technique the way Amanda shows on her blog here. I started with the Sketch from Create With Connie & Mary.. You didn't think I would let another week go by and not get in on that challenge did ya?

I die cut my shapes and then using some removable adhesive I placed them where I wanted them and then I stamped the Chevron Background using some Crumb Cake ink onto the front. Then I removed the pieces and matted them with some Pacific Point & Summer Starfruit.

I stamped the Thank you So Much from the Oh, Hello set in Pacific Point over the Background Chevron image and then I added some paper Piercing. For the Flower I stamped it onto a piece of scrap white using my markers to ink it up. I used a very old retired SU corner rounder along the bottom.

To get the greenish tint on the stem I dabbed Summer Starfruit over the Crumb Cake. Then I cut it out and adhered it with dimensionals. I wanted some depth on the flower so I stamped it again and added off centered a little over the original cut out. Then I added some Summer Starfruit Ribbon over the top of the Label images.

This was a fun technique once I got the hang of it.. I can see possibly using this again in the future. Make sure you head over to the Friday Mashup and see what the other Design Team members created with this week's Challenge. The Linky will close on Wed June 26th at 6pm EST.

How fun is the Sketch from Create with Connie & Mary? You can play along with their sketch until Wednesday at 12 noon EST.. So what are ya waitin' for? Get to stampin' & Have a great weekend!
