FM123 with a little Connie & Mary!!!

It's Friday and that means it's time for a new challenge at the Friday Mashup and of Course I had to check out the newest Challenge from Create with Connie & Mary!!

Amanda is our hostess and she has us using our Clear Blocks for a little Color Blocking... This is a really fun technique and you can use it in so many different ways and create lots of texture! Connie & Mary just happen to be on a Color Challenge Week and I LOVE these colors so I'm combining the challenges!

Pistachio Pudding is my Favorite new In Color and I will be hoarding everything I can in this color when we get close to it retiring.. But it's brand new and it'll be around for 2 years so I'll be ok for awhile Ha Ha!!!

I LOVE how this card came out.. It took me 3 different tries to get one I liked but I LOVE it!!! I started with a Whisper White piece and using my clear block C I Stamped Pistachio Pudding, Smoky Slate & Blushing Bride in a pattern on the Right side. Then I stamped the Sentiment from Delightful Dozen in Black Staz On and added 2 small snowflakes from Snowflake Soiree.

The snowflakes needed a little something so I added some Rhinestones to the centers. Along the Left side I added some strips of Card Stock in the same colors cut into Banner Shapes.

Thanks for Stopping by today... Be sure to head over to the Friday Mashup Blog and see what the rest of the Design Team created with this challenge. We hope you'll join in with us and If you love these colors too join in with Create with Connie & Mary too.. Both the challenges are open until Wednesday!
