MDS Monday #36 and a Printable!

It's Monday and that means it's time for a new Sketch at MDS Monday. This week Beth is our host and she created a fabulous card sketch for us.

I used the Wonderfall kit and some Burlap Ribbon. Did you get the Burlap ribbon download? If you didn't you need it ASAP!

You may remember last year I mentioned creating a Favorite things questionnaire that I emailed my son's teachers to get to know them a little better.. Well this year I created a new using MDS based off of one I seen here. 

I used MDS and changed up the questions to suit our Teachers and the area we live in. And based off the questions we asked last year. I printed them out and sent them to school. This makes it a lot easier to give the Teachers treats throughout the year. 

I'm sharing this as a PDF download above under Templates there will be a link where you can download it. It can also be customized if you'd like different questions etc.
