Stampin' Addicts SAB Blog Hop 2014!

Howdy, Howdy!!! It's been a crazy week here and I have a few projects to post from the week. I'll get those up later this evening.. I have to take my kids to an appt this afternoon and it's a trek to get there. My day is shot before it even begins.

But today I'm part of the Stampin' Addicts Sale-A-Bration Blog Hop! We will be showcases all of the products you can earn for FREE from the Sale-A-Bration catty by placing and order of $50.

I'll be showcases the Banner Punch.. And if you arrived here from the Hop you came from Kim's blog and she showed you the Stamp set that coordinates with the Punch!

I created a Set of Love Notes... these are so cute! I'll show you 3 different ways you can use the Banner punch. Click on any image to see more details.

Up first I used the Banner punch to create little Banners... I adhered some Washi Tape to white card stock and then I punched out the Banner shapes. I wrapped some Baker's Twine around my card and tied a knot. Then I took the banners and adhered them in different positions across the twine to look like a banner.. So Cute!

Another way to use the Banner punch is to make any narrow piece of card stock into a longer banner. You put the piece of cardstock into the Banner punch through the center opening so the opposite ends stick up and just the one end gets punched. Perfect for little Notes like these. This would look cute as a sentiment banner as well.

And my third use is to create a decorative edge for a shaped label. You could use a circle, oval etc.. and create little tabbed ends for them. I punched a Oval from a piece of gold foil and then I adhered 2 banners on there side behind each end of the Oval for tabs.

This is just 3 ways you can use the Banner Punch.. did you know you can use it to create a Sun? How have you been using the Banner Punch? Leave me a comment below I'd love to hear your ideas! Up next in the Hop is the fabulous... Paula She'll be showcases the You're Lovely Set!! Thanks for stopping by!
