MDSM76.. Hello friend!

This is my second post today so be sure to scroll down for another new one... This week at MDS Monday our hostess is Cindy and she created this great layout for us to work with. Instead of creating a traditional scrapbook page I created a digital card using the sketch or based on the sketch you could say.

I created a white card base and then I added a layer of Island Indigo and some Island Indigo DSP.. For the middle section of the sketch where the journalling should be I added a flag and reduce the opacity so it would look like a piece of Vellum and added my sentiment. I finished it off with some Gold embellishments to make it pop!

Head over to the MDS Monday blog and see what the other Design Team members created with this fun layout... We hope you will join us! The challenge is open until Saturday @ 12pm EST.

  1. Cute card! Lovely idea for using the layout/sketch as a card instead of a scrapbook page!
