MDSM78... Map it Out!

This week at MDS Monday.. Our hostess Tami created a great sketch and we're using Maps! Use a Map anywhere on your page.. You can take a photo of one, use a Digital Download, the sky's the limit!

I have these great photos from when my Husband was stationed on the USS Carl Vinson while it was in the shipyard in VA.. Just after they took it out of the shipyard it had to go out for some certifications before it changed homeports to San Diego.. What was great about being on an Aircraft Carrier is the sent us pictures when they were out. I used a map of the VA coast line from the internet and changed it to Black and White and lower the Opacity.

Head over to the MDS Monday challenge Blog and see what the other Ladies created with the sketch.. We hope you will join us. The challenge is open until Saturday @ 12pm EST.

  1. I love the grid paper you added to the background and your gray colored map -- perfect for the subject matter. I also love the way you tilted all your photos. The yellow star's a great touch too. Awesome all around.
