Shaker Fun!!!

Happy Wednesday everyone.. I hope your week is going good so far. Today I have a fun Shaker card for you using some of the newest sets from the Alley Way Stamps

I created a card base from some Surf Blue from Simon Says Stamps and then I added a stitched border around with with the largest stitched rectangle die from Lil' Inkers. For the shaker panel, I die cut a piece of white card stock using the 2nd largest die in the Lil' Inkers set and then I die cut a circle from the white panel using the MFT stitched circles Stax.

Then I added a frame from a piece of Calypso Coral from Stampin' Up! die cut with the same circle dies. I added a window sheet to the back of the circle opening and stamped the sentiment from the set Branching Out. Then I stamped the dolphin image from this month's Free with any $40 purchase set Gill-Friend and colored it with Copics and cut it out. I adhered it directly onto he window sheet opening.

For the shaker background I added some color with Distress ink and then I stamped the wave from All Washed up in Distress ink Broken China. I added some foam to backside of the circle and filled it with some Glacier sequin mix from Lucy Abrams shop and adhered them together to create the shaker. Before adhering the shaker part to the card base I added some Grey Baker's twine I found in my stash and tied a bow.

I also added a fun sentiment on the inside of the card...  Using the splash image from All Washed up and the sentiment from Something's Fishy
