More fun with Stampendous!

This month we are teaming up with Stampendous at the Perfect Paper Crafting Blog and showcasing some fun projects for Christmas!

I used the Gingerbread Baker to create a fun Holiday Card that can be enclosed with some Yummy Holiday Treats!

I started out by die cutting the gingerbread from some Suede cardstock and then I added some shading around the edges with some Walnut Stain Distress Ink. I stamped the face and little buttons and colored them in with Colored pencils.

Then I die cut the accessory pieces included in the set. The apron, hat and bowl and than I added some color using Copic Markers. I adhered the pieces with some liquid glue and set the image aside.

I created a Green top folding card base and then I added some pattern paper and matted it using the Mini Perfect Layers tool and my craft knife. The I adhered the pattern paper panel to the card base.

I stamped the sentiment onto a piece of White cardstock and trimmed it into a banner and adhered it to the upper right corner of the card front. I added a piece of White ribbon around the card front as well and tied it into a bow. Then I adhered the gingerbread cookie with some foam adhesive.
