NND June Release Sneaks Day 1

Happy Monday everyone... Are you ready for a Peek at the June Release from Newton's Nook Designs? Join us all week as we share all the new Products that will be available on Friday, June 22nd. Today we are introducing Playful Pandas and it's coordinating doe set and two  Brand New Stencil designs... Serene Strips and Sunscape

I won't lie but this Panda set is my Favorite from this release... I have a thing for Pandas..lol

I created a background with some Antique Linen and Peeled Paint Distress Inks and the new Serene Stripes Stencil. Once the panel was dry I added a few splatters of Black Soot Distress Paint with a small paintbrush. I adhered the panel to a top folding A2 size card base.

Then I die cut a sentiment banner from some White and Black cardstock using the small banner in the Frames and Flags Die set. I stamped the sentiment along the Right side and adhered the Black banner off to the side a bit to create a shadow. Then I adhered the banner to the card front with some foam tape. I stamped the panda and bamboo onto some X-Press it blending cardstock and colored it in with Copics. I used the coordinating dies to cut the images out and I adhered them over the banner with some foam tape. I wanted an extra pop of Black so I added some Matte Sprinkles from Doodlebug Designs.
