It's Day Four of the Newton's Nook Designs October Release and the Fun isn't over yet! This is a big release and we hope you are loving all the new products. Today we have Four more new sets for you and all of the products will be available in the store tomorrow.
Up first is Slothy Christmas and it's coordinating dies...
Okay seriously, How cute is this guy? I created a Distress Ink background on a piece of watercolor paper with some Salty Ocean ink and then I added some water spots. Once that was dry I added some snow with embossing paste and then new Petite Snow stencil. I trimmed a 1/4" off the side and adhered the panel to a White card base where I also added a strip of Black n' White pattern paper along the edge.
I created a banner for my sentiment with the Frames and Flags die set and then I die cut "Christmas" from the Holiday Greetings die with some Red Glitter paper. I stamped and colored the Sloth image and used the coordinating dies to cut it out.
Happy Howl-idays is up next this set also has a coordinating die set...
I created a scene for my background with the new Evergreens stencil and Distress Inks. Then I adhered the panel a to a White card base. The sentiment is stamped along the bottom in the snow.
I stamped and colored the images in and used the coordinating dies to cut them out. For a little extra dimension, I adhered them with some foam tape. There is a mix of sequins and gems in the background for a bit of sparkle.
These next two sets are mini sets... Fleece Navidad
I created a scene with the Frames and Flags Die set and the new Forest Builder Die set and the hill is created with the Land borders die set. I die cut Merry & Bright from the Holiday Greetings die set from some Glitter paper and adhered it over the trees.
On the card base I added some snowflakes with the Petite Snow stencil and some Distress Ink and then I adhered the panel in the center. I stamped and colored the sheep image and used the coordinating die to cut it out. I popped it up with some foam tape.
and Mistle-Toad...
I think this little set is Adorable as well. I die cut a piece of pattern paper using the Frames and Flags Die set and then adhered it to a White card base. I die cut a second scallop with the Framework Die set and added some Picked Raspberry Distress Ink to the background. I stamped and colored the image and used the coordinating die to trim it out. Then I added some Sparkling Clear sequins for some extra sparkle.
