Newton's Nook October Release Day 2!

It's Day Two of the October Release at Newton's Nook Designs and today we are sharing two more adorable Sets and their Coordinating dies.

The Nutcracker Squeak... (Shhh, I think this might be my Favorite from this release.)

And... Caroling Newton.
I've got two projects for you, up first is The Nutcracker Squeak and the new Petite Snow Stencil

I created a Distress Ink background on a piece of watercolor paper and then I added some Snowflakes with the Petite Snow Stencil and some White embossing paste. Then I added another panel over it that I die cut circles into. I also stamped the sentiment before I adhered the layer.

I stamped the images onto some X-Press It blending cardstock and colored them in with Copics. I used the coordinating dies to cut them out and I adhered the images with some foam adhesive. I wanted a pop of sparkle so I added some Sparkling clear Sequins.

My second card shares Caroling Newton and the new Music Stencil as well.

I created a White card base and then I die cut some Watercolor paper with the Frames and Flags Die set. I added the Music Stencil with some Vintage Photo Distress Ink and then I adhered it to the card base. I die cut another piece of Woodgrain watercolor paper with the smaller rectangle in the same die set and added some Salty Ocean Distress Oxide Ink to the background and stamped some of the musical notes in Black.

I stamped the images onto some X-Pres It blending cardstock and colored them in with Copics then I used the dies to cut them out. I adhered them over the panel with some foam tape and added some Clear Wink of Stella to parts of the image. So cute!!!
