Newton's Nook Designs March Release Day 1

Happy Monday everyone... It's time for the March release from Newton's Nook Designs. Join us all week at the team share a peek at the new release and the products that will be available on Friday, March 15th.

We're kicking things off with Newton's Birthday Trio, Paw-some Birthday and a new Balloon Stencil.

Be sure to stay tuned at the end of this post for a chance to Win one of these stamp sets and be sure to join us all week long for a chance to Win each day!

My first project shares the new Balloon Stencil and Newton's Birthday Trio...

I created the background on a piece of White cardstock using the Balloon stencil and some Tumbled Glass and Salty Ocean Distress Oxide inks. Then I trimmed a 1/4" inch off each side. I created a top folding A2 size card base and added a piece of Rainbow pattern paper to it. Then I adhered the background panel so that the rainbow pattern would show on each side.

I stamped the image onto some X-Press It blending cardstock and then I used the coordinating die to cut it out. I die cut a White banner using the Flags and Frames dies set and adhered the image over it with some foam tape.

Up next is Paw-some Birthday...

I created a fun background with some pattern papers and the Frames and Flags Die set. Then I stamped and colored the image with Copics and used the coordinating die to trim it out.
I adhered the image with some foam tape to add some dimension.
